There is a sensation when thought has taken root,
There is an experience that goes through you, if this experience goes through you, is accepted fully and then leaves you fully, there is no rooting.
But if the experience settles in you, either as it is happening or when it is rethought of, if there is a craving, an itch, a desire, then that sensation is thought taking root.
This sensation requires using other held on to experiences as comparison and the result of the comparison is a desire, a want, a craving, an itch.
The sensation of when thought takes root is simple, the sand of experience has settled on you instead of blowing past you.
If something settles on you, it will take root.
It is possible to notice this sensation and to be aware of it, seeing it fully will allow the roots to disappear.
There is no such thing as time , so everything seen fully, disappears fully in the moment.
Identifying this rooting as it is happening is a trap, as the identification of it is another form of rooting.
Just be aware of the sensation.
Anything that stays will root.
The rooting of thought will cover the now and cover reality.
See it fully, and it will be let go of fully.
