The energy, the feelings, the label, all that makes up this sadness. How does the identification of it alter the sensation.

Observe how the sensation blends and interacts with everything else in and around you.

Observing something as it happens has significance.

Then you can truly see it, understand it, see that all the emotions come from the same energy.
