What ever you are feeling just be with it.

Can you just be with your anger, your sadness, your anxiety , your happiness, just be with it.

Like sitting against a tree, not interacting with the tree with any intent, not negotiating with the tree.

Not trying to break the tree down for another use, or deciding how the tree could be more pretty or more pleasant to sit under.

But just accepting the tree as it is and being with it.

If your anger was that tree, just sit with the anger, accept it, to just be with it.

Have you ever heard someone you care for say, I don't want you to do anything, I don't need anything, I just want you to be with me.

I don't need you to say anything just be here with me.

To not add, just to be.

This is the only way it goes away, goes through you and is gone 

Just be with it

Adding to it, is caging it, freezing it and holding on to it.

If you can just be with it, then it can go through you and leave.

Just be with the pain until it has gone.

It may come back.

Then be with it again until it is gone again.

If you sit with the pain, the anger, the anxiety, allow the energy to do what it naturally needs to do, without adding anything to it.

Without adding any extra energy to it.

Being with it and nothing more.

Like sitting against a tree and letting it sway in the wind.

Allowing the energy to move vibrate and dissipate.

To be with the tree until the wind passes,  without adding to the experience in any way.

Truly be with the experience and it will pass.

Just be with your pain until it passes.

To not distract yourself from the pain, the anger, the anxiety.

As distracting is adding, caging and holding on to it.

Adding more energy to it.

The only way for it to go, is just to be with your pain.

The only way for it to pass, is to just be with your anger

It is the only way

There is nothing else

There never was and there never will be

Anything else is adding and will cage it, hold it and grow it

Just be with it till it’s gone.

Just sit with the tree till the wind passes.

Just be with it

And do nothing

And maybe one day you will see

That happiness, sadness, anxiety, anger, pain  

Are all just held on to energy that hasn’t left you.

They are all the same, just energy.

If you see that, you will see though the labels,

And the stagnation will dissipate and you will see that it is all just one energy.

Just be with it, to see it

Just be with it, don't distract yourself in any way, don't look away.

Just be with it till its gone
