If you call up an experience after it happened is it still happening?

The storm has past what we see is that it was never the rain that made it a storm, that it was us getting lost in labels, it was a reaction we had to the processing of our senses in the moment.

It was never really the argument that made the experience, it was the label.

The argument needed feeding for it to be an argument.

Saving it for later, is saving rain water to call back up the storm again.

It has gone, the moment has gone.

What you remember about that experience was the label, the storm , the argument, then you filled in the gaps in your memory with what you feel at that moment fits in with the identification of a storm or argument.

The moment is gone, it cannot be reconstructed, it can never come back.

If you are wet from the storm, that is held onto experience to be dried up and let go, but its is not the storm, the storm has past.

Let it go as it has already gone.

If your blood pressure or breathing is altered from the argument, then that is held onto experience to be let go, but it is not the argument, the argument has passed.

Let it go it has already gone.

If you keep it in, then every drop of water you see will cause you to relive the storm, and your whole life will be storms.

Til the very healing water you drink, becomes threatening.

If you keep it in, then every time your equilibrium is unbalanced you will relive the argument, your whole life will be series of arguments with everything and everyone,

The healing people you interact with, will become threatening.

You have been in a storm

You have been in an argument

Why do you keep reliving and projecting the same one again and again?
