I just had a conversation with a friend and it left me pondering and I do enjoy a lovely ponder.

I’m sitting here in a novelty T-shirt mismatched socks, which is my preference mostly any way.

Old bare foot shoes, purchased in the least ostentatious colour I could find at the time and thin black compression trousers, pants, spats, tights, leggings whatever we are calling them these days.

Drinking a hot filtered something, filtered in away I don't quite understand in a random place at random time writing random things.

This has happened as I have just finished training and was hungry.

My digestion is usually on the slow side, so after a heavy session of physical activity it is a very pleasant experience to enjoy the short term benefit of a turbo charged digestive system and eat something new.

This is made possible by the fact I am carrying a very comfortable, light, spacious bag that moulds to my shape well and hangs off me comfortably in such a way as for me to not notice its actual weight.

This allows me to carry around some almost essential things around for different situations.

This allows me less planning and flexibility to be carried down the river, as I already have what I need, having a few of the societal extras, accessible can open up opportunities to you.

Carrying around too much and your options are limited, carry nothing more than necessary and you are free.

Carry around just enough and you can ride the wave of society.

To make the point simpler, we have been trained to insist on everything we do, we have to expect something in a certain way as is are upbringing and culture.

When there are differences we collide, still insisting it be like we say it should

This insistence is causing great misery, overuse and or inefficiency of energy and a lack of innovation

So rather than insist, have the core values of what you truly need with you.

Now you a free to ride the wave, or put the bag down and be totally free.

In a world where insistence on things carries a higher price than ever before

Step out of it, stop allowing technology or others to curate, tailor and sell you experiences and culture.

Allow it to happen, allow the freedom for it to come.

If you always go looking for an experience, you will keep having the same one.

And will become more and more expensive

Life is just as free, beautiful and wondrous as it has always been.

And do not take my word for it

See for yourself
